UPS intergration for oscommerce

I have install UPSChoice1.8.3 module for oscommerce shopping cart but i am getting error,

 

We are unable to obtain a rate quote for UPS shipping.

Please contact the store if no other alternative is shown.

 

please can you tell me anyone where would be the wrong
