I Need Direction - App_Top & Session Errors on Some Pages

Hi (yeahphpnewbietoo) if anyone can help it'd be greatly appriciated.

Story: I was goin through the files cleanin my specific sites html layout up where i modified osc, i was din this in various filesindex, aaplic_top, header & "catalog/includes/languages/english/index.php "!!!

and some of them don't:

I have looked for code hat I'v messed up I can't identify it I'm not good with php code either so it's even tougher than i I was good with it.

Can anybod point me in the right direction
