dmatwood Posted May 1, 2008 Posted May 1, 2008 Hello I am having a problem with my checkout. When a customer goes to the checkout and goes to the payment information page the price doubles. I just installed a contribution for coupons. Can anyone tell me where I can fix this. Thanks David

So it has something to do with the payment files somewhere I just can't seem to find it. any help is greatly appreciated Thank You Daivd
josy Posted May 2, 2008 Posted May 2, 2008 help please does your shop have downloadable products? if so you could check your product attributes page to see if there is a plus sign in the any of the prefix boxes, that sometimes causes the price to double in mine if i dont remove the plus sign, not sure if it is that or not but its worth a try.

I don't have any downloadables. I did however fix all the attributes so there is no + in the prefix box. It however is doing the same thing. Any ideas. thanks for the suggestion. David
