sparky6512
The previous person responsible for my company's web site maintenance would create an excel file with the product information and then upload the file using the ftp client. I need to know how to set up the excel file. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Thanks! There is a contribution called easypopulate which might already be installed on your site if the previous admin was already uploading excel files. To check if it is already installed, you would have a link such as: Admin-->Catalog-->Easy Populate. Easypopulate is a very useful and mature contribution for doing exactly what you asked. Here is the contribution URL: http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/500 I'm sure there are several other modules available in the contribution/add-ons as well. -Markcm
