I have an update to one of the software packages that will be free to previous buyers. The update is about 1/2 the file size of the original package. Instead of giving all of the customers (and there are a few of them) a coupon to re-download the entire software package, is there a way I can setup an item so that it can be bought/downloaded **only** with a coupon? I don't want others to be able to buy the item; the only ones that can obtain it would have to have the special coupon code. This way it saves me a ton in bandwidth not having to grab the original package, and won't screw up my reports for first time buyers. ... or is there another good way to do this someone else is using? What I want to know is if there is a way/package that will let me have a download/product that can only be purchased/downloaded with a coupon.
