Reviews Not Displaying?

I have a site I am building internally that shows the review summary properly on the home page. When I click on the review header, I would think that I would be taken to a place where I can see the entire review, but when I get there, all I get is the product info and who the review was written by. I saw in some other psotings that I should be able to click on the author name to see the whole review, but that's not working either. For example, the URL for the display from the review header is:

Shouldn't this display the entire review?

 

If I click on reviews from the individual product I get the following URL:

 

http://testsite/product_reviews.php/produc...9/reviews_id/10

 

I realize they are 2 different pages.

 

 

Am I missing something? I thought that by clicking on the review header, you'd see the whole thing in the window that follows?

 

Am I correct in thinking that by clicking on the author's name you should be able to see the whole review?
