fatal error

I installed this contrbute http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/4397

and I just replaced my old review files with the new ones and installed the extra table on mysql database.

now Am getting this error on my products page

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tep_db_connect() (previously declared in /home/html/includes/functions/database.php:13) in /home/html/includes/functions/database.php on line 13

and am getting the no page found error in my admin, I cannot access any of my files, I think I might have deleted something by mistake...

check, it looks like new files are also including includes/functions/database.php file so u get a duplicate error...
