vikkic Posted December 22, 2002 Posted December 22, 2002 I've been running OsComemrce working well since Thanksgiving. Everything works fine - but this week, for no known reason, returning customers can't log in. They proceed to the log in page, type in their email address and password, and the password is refused. Requests for new passwords are handled fine with a new password mailed to them - but it also doesn't work. If customers try to create a new account with the same email address it recognizes the email address from the database and won't allow them to. New accounts are created without a problem and proceed through check-out smoothly as are affiliate log ins. All the other functions of the cart work smoothly as does the admin section. The login.php is housed on httpS: and is the original login.php from version 2.2 (I haven't edited it). Vikki
Guest Posted December 22, 2002 Posted December 22, 2002 Hi! I can't say what the original problem was but I just visited your create_account.php and you need to define all of the customer fields before doing anything else.
