I've given them way too much credit and apparently they don't read whats on the screen in front of them before blindly ordering. Anyway, on my cart is says something to the effect of: Free Shipping, Continental USA Only! (Excludes Dye Paintball Guns) For orders of $150.00 or more with a maximum package weight of 50 lbs $0.00 By default, and I assume because the free shipping is the lowest cost option, its always selected. Now even though it says a certain product is excluded, EVERYONE picked the damn free shipping. Then I have to call them and explain and they argue, well your cart had is selected by default so I should get it. Can I set my cart somehow to always select UPS Grounds as the default shipping method?
