Foreign Language BUG: German browser shows site config pge

HELLO OsCommerce: I'm here in Germany, and have checked my site (http://hogueprophecy.com/store) many times using my browser which is English. Looks great. Just few days ago I checked the store on a friend's browser, he's German, his computer/browser is German, he's running German Windows XP.

 

The OsCommerce store gave me the page - in German - which instructs me how to configure my store. As if I just installed it and it has no configuration or products or anything. No Products. Zip. Nada.

 

That would be funny except for the money I spent on keyword ads in Europe. Out the window.

 

SO: OsCommerce must be responding to some sensor in the script which detects a foreign language browser, and since I have no foriegn language configured for the store it is giving out the page which is telling the viewer how to go about setting up the store. In German.

 

I want to disarm that script which is switching over to that configuration page, and get the store to serve up the English site no matter WHAT the browser's language is set to. The majority of people in Europe have English as their second language, so please don't decide for me what language I have to use in my store. :-"
