jum4n7i Posted April 29, 2008 Posted April 29, 2008 Hello Everyone, I've got a problem with simple configuration. When I changed country to UK, Zone list in My Store seems to be empty... I was looking long enough on google, unfortunately everything was related to shipping zones etc. I realize that my problem may be connected with something else in configuration, but this "something else" is not mentioned in documentation at all. Is there anyone that know, what should I do to see zones for UK, or generate file that would allow me to set it up properly? thanks in advance, Regards M

sirstevis Posted May 5, 2008 Posted May 5, 2008 I found that I had to add a new zone in the Zones table under Locations / Taxes. I added England (ENG) in the United Kingdom country. Then, it let me choose England in the Configuration, My Store, Zone field. Not sure it's the right way to do it, but it did seem to work.
