American Express Issues

I hope someone can help me with this problem. I am brand new to OsCommerce and have never touched PHP in my life. Someone created the OsCommerce account and PHP files before I started and I am trying to solve a problem now.

 

American Express wanted to test a credit card last week and we tried but it wasn't working. So we called Authorize.net and they said everything was fine and set up on their end. We also are using Global Payments and everything is fine on their end too. We even tested the CC through Authorize.net's virtual terminal and it was validated.

 

When I enter an American Express card on my website (www.anatolianjewelry.com) I get this error:

 

Errors have occured during the process of your form

 

Please make the following corrections:

 

*The credit card number must be at least 16 characters.

 

This is a problem because American Express cards have 15 digits.

 

Can someone advise me on how to correct this problem so American Express is accepted?
