You sure you have the correct new database connectivity info (db host, name, user, password etc.) in your catalog\includes\ and catalog\admin\includes configure.php files?

Alternatively, has the db been moved over to the new server and does it still have the same username and password?

My hosting provider moved the website...i didnt change any passwords or usernames. I assume they moved the database aswell.

Well now would be a good time to check it.

Or as your hosting company moved it ring up their help desk and tell them they didn't do a good job and sort it out.

Failing that chechk the db has been moved and change
