Add To Cart Problem

Any help would do as im pulling my hair out on this one?

 

Purchased a template from a company, whom now do not respond and it has 3 problems

 

1) When the special pricing is applied in the administration area the pricing is not showing on the home.php??? So the customer doesnt see the reduced price until in the product info page

2) The specials page isnt in the same font or style as the rest of the template

3) Now this is causing problems within the product info page of a product the add to cart option isnt working, however it does work if someone add's to cart from the home.php showing the products - THIS IS A MAJOR PROBLEM as i cannot even add any attributes to the products as they wont even work, or complete a sale
