Redesigning the Category Box?

Hi,

i was wondering if anyone can help me with redesigning my Category box..

i had a friend design it the first time, and cannot get ahold of him anymore, and am wondering these few things..

 

(with reference to my site www.alleywaymusic.com)

> i wish to know where the code is, so i can make these changes, so which php boxes i need to change..

> i wish to replace each line of symbol + text for categories, with images, such as gifs, and then if categories are to expand down with sub categories, gif images for each of those too..

(so the gif would take up each line's full width when needed to appear)

Also i'm running an older version of OSC, and am needing to upgrade to the latest, so just thought i'd mention that when providing me with any code help.

The Categories Box Enhancement contribution has that code in it so that would be a good place to find the answers.

hey,

yeh it gives all the coding stuff..

but as i want to just redesign with custom graphics etc..

i may need someone to help walk it through with me.

 

Anyone able to..?
