Google Checkout Credentials to log into

Hello all,

I have an issued that customer received an email after complete purchase through google checkout such as "store name" has sent you the following message regarding your order:

These are your Credentials to log into "store name". User: [email protected] Pass: 12345678900000 Please change your password after logging in - Change it in "MyAccount". The customer return and login by using this temp User and Pass, but it does not work. Does anyone have same this issued? Please help.
