osCommerce Admin Logon Problem

Last night I was uploading the latest version of FCKeditor to my site through through CoffeeCup. It kept loosing the connection with the server, it was late, and I was tired of restarting everthing, so I shut every thing down. This morning I picked up where I left off last night and uploaded the remaining files. I then went through my cpanel and made the changes indicated in the Contribution FCK HTML Editor 2.6b Install for OSC2.2rcl.txt.

I edited the catalog/admin/fckeditor/editor/filemanger/connectors/php/config.php.

I edited the /admin/categories.php

I edited the /admin/mail.php

and lastly I edited the /admin/includes/functions/html_output.php

That's when I went to my bookmark to log into osCommerce admin area, entered the user name and password and got the following error:

Parse error: ssyntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/gallery5/public_html/catalog/admin/includes/functions/html_output.php on line 18.

No biggie, I had just edited that so opened it back up through the cpanel and looked at line 18. That is not the area that I was working in, so I opened the same file on my local machine that I had just down loaded two days ago (down load all the separate files in addition to doing backups) and they were different. Not a problem, just upload the file from two days ago back up to my site and then make sure I can log in and then edit the html_output.php file again, making sure I didn't screw it up again.

Uploaded the old file and went to osCommerce admin, entered by user name and password and got the following error:

Server not found

Firefox can't find the server at jvgallery.comdir_ws_http_cataloglogin.php.

* Check the address for typing errors such as

ww.example.com instead of

www.example.com

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network

connection.

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure

that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

After reviewing the posts on problems logging in to osCommerce admin area on here I tried to log in using the correct user name, but intentional put in the wrong password to see if it would give me the error again, or prompt me for user name and password again. It did prompt me for user name and password like it should. I then entered the correct user name and password and got the same error message.

The "Firefox can't find the server at jvgallery.comdir_ws_http_cataloglogin.php." looked strange because I would have expected it to look more like "Firefox can't find the server at jvgallery.com/dir_ws_http_catalog/login.php."

I haven't done anything with the login.php. Does anyone have any idea what I have screwed up.

I can access the site through my cpanel, no problem. I can go in the front door and go to the catalog and log onto my account with no problem. The only problem I have is trying to go through the admin login and that just started this morning.

Thanks,

Verne
