alex123 Posted April 25, 2008 Posted April 25, 2008 Hi everybody, I am using a template I purchased and just noticed something strange. The template uses a background image for the navigation bar and for the header on the info boxes. If I hit Refresh on the browser the site loads first without the images and you can actually see the gray and black background and after few seconds the images appear. http://74.54.252.194/~aktis/index.php Is this normal or could this be a problem with the structure of the template? cmakynen Posted April 25, 2008 Posted April 25, 2008 I think actually its fairly normal - but pretty slow - I'm not sure if there are optimization things you can do with it to speed up the refresh of the graphics. Hopefully someone else will chime in here. As I recall the graphics used in that contribution are dinky (1 k) but I have always wondered if they multiply by several hundred to "draw" themselves across the boxes. I have a similar problem with the Graphical Boxes contribution I use.
