Site adds height on load, but returns to normal when reload

Hi.

My site has this wierd thing now where it adds height to the content (everything between header and footer) on load, but it returns to normal after reload or if you press a button. It also don't do this everytime. So I can't find the problem due to the fact that it is not always there.

 

Has anyone else have seen this?

Any solution/thoughts about what can cause this?
