Which PayPal addon to use?

I see posts regarding paypal IPN. when I looked there are numerous versions.

 

Which one do I use (version) or should I use the built in paypal module?

 

I believe I am using oscommerce 2.2, how do I verify?

PayPal IPN v0.96 I believe is the latest version.
