Price Grid problem

Hi,

I'm sorry about posting my problem twice, but I didnt get any joy from the Installation & Config forum, and wondered if someone from here could help me.

 

Basically I need a Price Grid, to reflect my product in various quantity combinations and size types, please see the link below:

This is someone else's site. I need the same functionality.
