Admin Account with Access Level Permissions or front end edit

Hi

 

Is there a mod that allows and approved user to edit catalgoue from front end?

 

or is there a mod that works with 2.2 latest revision to give admins differing access to various sections of the admin group.

 

I know there is for older version but tried on new version and it doesnt work.
