UltraPics Lightbox Can I get image subfolders?

I have ultrapics and lightbox working just fine... I love the contrib.

 

Now I want to tidy things up a bit... So many images in one folder. I found some contribs that help to get images into subfolders - buy I became overwhelmed trying to implement with the mods created by implementing ultra pics and lightbox.

 

Has anyone managed to tidy up their image folder with pictures uploaded via the admin to get them to land in subfolders within the images folder????? I have tried creating the sub folders and uploading the images via ftp, but when I add products and images with this contribution they keep getting put in the images folder... If I delete them well you know it just messes things up.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
