Admin Trouble

Clicking on links within my admin sends my to a "Internet Explorer Cannot display webpage", and on firefox it simpy times out :angry: . I havn't changed any of my code, and if i enter the address in manually, the page will show up! So, i tried adding a product, by typing in each address I need to go to manually, and, after I enter in all the info for a new product, and go to preview it (again by manually entering in the address), this error shows up:

(I get the address I type in manually from what shows up when I scroll over the link, so I know the link is pointed to the right address.)

Does anybody know what's going on?
