I'm a Mac user and using Dreamweaver 4.0. I have a new client that needs a bookstore with over 4000 items. This is a new big step for me, but not something I can't handle with the help of many pots of coffee. I'm deciding on whether osCommerce is user friendly enough for me since it will be my first "big" shopping cart effort. It's very important to my business that this site rocks and looks good. I can edit code fairly well, and can design cart pages fien, just curious if any other Mac people are using this. Also, if so, any pointers on teh developing process would be appreciated. Thanks for your patience. osCommerce looks exciting actually!

Hello Keith,

I am also a Mac user, I am in the process of setting up Oscommerce on my OS X server, and so far everything is going SMOOTH,

OSCommerce will handle over 10,000+ items easy, Oscommerce is VERY user friendly, (if you have any problems with setup, this is a wonderful Helpful community here).

download the OScommerce manual at www.oscdox.com , everything from install tips to modify oscommerce is in there,

what operating system do you plan on useing to host OScommerce??

P.S. I would NOT choose any other shopping cart over OScommerce.

(just my 2 cents)
