phanmale Posted April 23, 2008 Posted April 23, 2008 Hi, I opened my online store www.thecuriobox.co.uk last October, and after a few newbie issues was ready for official launch just in time for Christmas sales  However, over the Christmas period, my suppliers and hosting company had a falling out, and long story short, got messy, new suppliers, upgraded hosting etc, etc... The problem I have now is that although I have people daily browsing (i check my supertracker daily), very few of those are placing items in their cart or even actually ordering, but even *then* it would appear that they are not going through the checkout process :( I had nochex in place for a while, but didnt like the system as I had to locate the order and then the product sales were very inaccurate (2 x £27 monopoly boards @ £96??) so I went back to PayPal. <_< I have checked via a live "test account" - ie specifically funded by me for the purposes of real testing and not sandbox testing, and the orders go through fine. Any help/comments/criticism as to what I am doing wrong, or indeed the site appearance itself would be much appreciated Thanks!! If they had told me it would be this difficult at the outset, I wouldn't have started it in the first place!!
