Guest Posted April 22, 2008 Posted April 22, 2008 Bit of an unresolved issue here re Barclaycard EPDQ- When a customer is going through checkout process and arrives only at the checkout_shipping (or it may be the checkout_payment) page this is what happens...Firstly in my OSCommerce admin panel in 'Orders' section, the order shows up as pending payment and at this point, the customer's account will reveal the history of the half processed order. This should not happen. I only wish to know about an order when it is completed (after payment made) AND the customer should only have a record of completed (paid for) orders. Any ideas?

I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself. Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues.
