Payment Processing

I have my cart completely setup and am ready to get the payment processing going. I talked to the PayPal Integration Department today and they told me I need to do the following.

 

1. Install the following osCommerce Contribution: PayPal Website Payments Pro (US) Direct Payments which can be found here http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/5659

 

2. Setup a Instant Payment Notification page for OSCommerce and then type the url into PayPal.

 

Step one seems pretty easy and I am going to install it now. Step two I do not understand though. I also have subscribed to PayPal Website Payments Pro already. I wish I would of went with something else because this is turning into a headache. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
