I have no idea how to do fixes, etc. I had the cart installed for me and now when I get an order it does not show up in the order section in admin. I get an email from my credit card merchant which is 2Checkout and I get paid. But, I go into orders and it is not there. I will pay for some to do this for me....telling me is no good as I wouldn't what to do...thanks much. If you know how to do this let me know and we can email or talk... Terry Hagen :cry:
Ajeh Posted December 21, 2002 Posted December 21, 2002 What happens if you make an order and use Check/Money order for method of payment? Does it suddenly show up? Also, do you have the Order Status defined?

Ajeh Posted December 21, 2002 Posted December 21, 2002 Under Admin ... Localization ... Orders Status ... You should have defined about 3 status for Pending, Processing and Delivery.
