Things not quite jiving

You guys are a lot smarter than me. We've had our site up for a couple of weeks, now. We've had a couple of sales, and then when we tried to fine tune things, we lost it all together.

 

We managed to get the site back up, but now we can't get into the "/admin" of our site. We get the "Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/usr/local/mysql-5.0/data/mysql.sock' (2) in /home/content/s/w/a/swankysigns/html/admin/includes/functions/database.php on line 19"

 

We got the site back up, with some oddities; "click to enlarge" doesn't work, product pages are skewed, and "click to verify" when ordering gives a fatal error yet, the part of the order comes through.

 

Any suggestions for www.swankysigns.com ? What are we doing wrong?
