number of characters allowed at Catagories Column

Hi, anyone could tell me how to modify the limitations of number of characters allowed on the Catagories Column at left hand side of the web page ??

The category names are limited to 32 characters by the database table definition. There is no other limitation.

 

If this is a display issue, you may wish to increase the width of the left column.
