Whats the Name and Location for the File that Holds the Shipping Info?

Hi,... What is the name of the .php file and where is it located so that i can change "Delivered" to "Shipped"

 

I would rather have the emails read that their products are being Shipped instead of Delivered because to me it sounds like if i used Delivered then that means their product has been delivered to them already so i'd like to change that to "Shipped"

 

Could someone please point me in the correct direction?
