Change the default 5 customers per page

I want to change in the admin section the default customers per page from 5 to whatever, since i have now more than 20 customers and it's dumb to scroll 4 pages to see them all.

This is set by the 'Search Results' definition in admin Configuration -> Maximum Values -> Search Results

 

I also thought that this was silly as the definition is also used in the customer pages to limit displayed products in a number of places.

 

I added a multiplier in the customer report code files to display a more reasonable amount and added a configuration item for it.
