CGImError with too many categories

Hi,

 

I have an oscommerce installation that works great except for a few sections.

 

I have one category with 500 subcategories, when I try and load the page I get

CGI Error

The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.

 

I am using a VPS running Win2003.

 

ANy ideas on where the problem lies.
