L. Haase Posted April 21, 2008 Posted April 21, 2008 I did a new install of the latest version and imported the old database information. Now I am receiving a totally blank page when I proceed to the financial portion of the check out. Anyone have any ideas?

markg-uk Posted April 21, 2008 Posted April 21, 2008 I had the exact same problem after uploading a database from my pc database to webserver database, checkout gave a blank page with any payment module. It was something to do with the database import, I think when importing the second time, I changed the 'Character set of the file' to latin1 and that fixed it (using myphpadmin). Not 100% sure though .... :)
L. Haase Posted April 21, 2008 Author Posted April 21, 2008 Is there an error message as well? No error message whatsoever, just a blank page with blank HTML code in the source. Tried re-importing with the Latin1 option and that did not work either. Perhaps it is something within my modules? I simply do not want to have to re-add all the products and ther information to this. There must be a way to just import an old database information to the new version.
L. Haase Posted April 24, 2008 Author Posted April 24, 2008 I have simmilar problem. I did get this fixed by simply re-doing my payment modules. Hope this helps someone else.
