vics2007
My store is still having products added to it, so not officially "open" yet, but just wanted a bit of feed back. As a note, I am in the process of getting a SSL for the shopping cart, but my paynments will be processed through No Chex This is an adult site- http://www.sheer-passion.com
Guest
- The index page is a bit empty - I would make the most of the space - perhaps with some text or more products - The manufacturer's box is empty - If you go into any product the right column is pushed out and you also have HEADING_TITLE at the bottom right - There's a broken image on the specials page (to the left of the heading) (and others) - The formatting on the About Us page is broken - The telephone number looks like a mobile number - that will put people off - No returns policy - You are a UK site, governed by UK law so why does your Terms & Conditions refer to US law? (copy & pasted?) - "Write a review" is broken - gives a php error - Consider adding meta tags - SSL cert is essential

Rychan
I'd say that it needs a bit of work on the colour scheme, to me at least dark grey doesn't convey sheer passion as well as say a deep red would perhaps?
burt
You've bought and installed a template. Which isn't a bad thing, but what have you done to make this template your own? The model isn't aprticularly "sexy" but I suppose that's unimportant - the template is actually one of the worst you could have chosen :( there are loads better templates at the same price. Also, you do not have "powered by oscommerce" - not that I am bothered about that, but the forum moderators will be.

vics2007
Thankyou. Like I mention, this store is in progress. Yes I bought the template, which I personally like for ease of customer use, however design wise I am working along side a designer to update colour schemes, lay-put and content based on market research, online forum questionning, and feedback from potential customers. There is a couple of things my designer is working on at the moment, but the colour scheme is going to be our next discussion. Again, many thanks
