[REQUEST] File Upload per Order or article

Hi,

I need a modul ;) Customers should upload a pic oder file for the order oder better per article. Is there a module? Or can somebody make one?

I'm sorry that I did not found an other threat with this theme, there are to many threads at search *ggg*

p.s.: is there a module, were the custumer tells the size of a poster oder banner and the the shops says how much costs the article. I hope you can understand me.
