Custom Ordering of Products

I am trying to use OSCommerce to conduct online registration for a fun run event.

 

Our event has three separate races (2k, 5k, & 10k); therefore 3 separate products.

 

When my customers select a 'product' to purchase, they will need to custom-order their 'product' because they will need to enter specific information such as Name, DoB, Race Category, Gender, Team Name, School, etc.

 

In addition, I may have groups or families that want to enter several people in various events during the same shopping session. E.g. a father decides he & his two children want to enter. The father wants to enter the 10k; one of the children want to enter the 2km and the other wants to enter the 5km. Can the father signon, order his product ("custom" order his product), add that product to his shopping cart, then add the first child's "custom-ordered" product (i.e. 2km, with complete details for that child) to his shopping cart, then add the third child's "custom-ordered" product (i.e. 5km, with complete details for that child) to his shopping cart, then finally checkout & pay the entries for all three of them with one payment (keeping the products separate)?
