General Questions (Payment Acceptance)

Hello everyone - I saw in the docs that the shopping cart can accept Paypall and other payment gateways. I have a dumb quesiton:

 

- How do i accept Visa, Discover and Mastercard?

- How do i process these transations?

- How does the money gets to my account?

Contact your business bank and enquire about a merchant account and then sign up for a payment gateway solution, you will then be able to accept cc online and the money will be deposited into your bank account via your merchant account.

 

or just get a complete 3 party payment solution like paypal, 2checkout or worldpay and accept cc payments through them and have the money transfeered over to your bank account.

How does it work with the latest version??

I have heard there were problems with it working correct???

Is it safe to use now???
