Warning: after the instalation on top of the page

Hello,

 

On top of the page i have:

I put "mysql" in configure.php files but still don't work.

 

And in admin panel in tools- cache control i have:

Cache catalog dosen exist, add in configure.php

but i dont know how to add cache in configure.php
