Guest Posted April 17, 2008 Posted April 17, 2008 Hi, When some customers log into the site they seem to be occasionally seeing other customers details. They are obviously not happy with this but im not sure why it is happening. Can anybody help me with this please im really stuck with it. In the database they all have seperate ID numbers.
web-project Posted April 17, 2008 Posted April 17, 2008 the problem can be with sessions it simply mixing up, try the options in oscommerce admin --> Configuration --> Sessions enable the following: Check IP Address Check User Agent Check SSL Session ID Please read this line: Do you want to find all the answers to your questions? click here. As for contribution database it's located here! 8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself. Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues. The only thing that is the same in the customers records is that they had the same first name. Sur names are different and the emails and everything else are different. Im totally baffled by it. I installed a Purchase Without Account module a few months ago. Could that have any bearing?
