Upgrading MYSQL Databse from MS1 to MS2

Hi all,

Any idea how I can upgrade my datasbase from old version MS1 before 2003 to the latest one MS2?

I have a large databse and I can not input all of them in the new version so please let me know how I can upgrade my database?
