Admin panel disappeared

I'm new to osc. I've installed & uninstalled osc probably a dozen times trying to get it up and running. I get it installed and everything is working fine. (Install thru my web host, but they don't offer any support.) Tried to get to my admin panel, but the screen comes up blank (It had been working fine). Started working on my config thru the admin panel but had to stop. Did go back to it just to make sure I could get to admin panel, everything was fine, this week tried to go to admin panel and the screen comes up blank. Reasons for all the uninstalls & installs - errors when trying to reach admin panel and store files dissappearing. Is there a way to fix this so I can get the admin screen back and don't need to do yet another uninstall/install. Tired of losing all my work.
