My product info page is all messed up!

I can't figure out how to fix this. The left column has extra space, the right column shows up below the description and the review and cart buttons are off to the left. Help Please!!!!

Your footer is missing as well. that may have something to do with whats wrong... There is an error code that says:

What does line 42-45 say in your includes/footer.php file?

I fixed the footer error by replacing the missing code. I am still having issues with the page size. How can I set the widths for the center columns so they remain fixed at that dimension? It seems to vary by what is being displayed.
