vespapierre Posted April 17, 2008 Posted April 17, 2008 Please help me! I've just tried to put live the shop. Everything works fine, but!!! after ordering, the list of the confirmation mail is right! But!! In the user' ordered item list is wrong! Some test items have been put to the list! (what was originally in OSC at install ). For exemple I see in the order list this one: 1 x Disciples: Sacred Lands PC-DISC :'( But I haven't found it in the products table! Please help to find problem, I'm confused about this, because it has been tested a lot, and this error didn't came up! Thanks a lot!

If it was previously ordered, it will show in admin.
vespapierre Posted April 17, 2008 Author Posted April 17, 2008 Sorry for my english. I try to explain it. The customer ordered item A, and item B for example. He got an e-mail with the item list, that is ok with listing item A, item B, prices etc... But there is a wrong item in the list if he checks his own items in his profile, and this item is for example: 1 x Disciples: Sacred Lands PC-DISC This item was in the original item list, when I installed OSC. But from that time I cleared several times the product list. I don't understand how can this product be there! And when the chekout is finished on the checkout success screen this item also can be seen that if you would like to receive informations about that in the future ( with beside the checkbox ). It would be very nice if somebody can help me, because I'm nervous and confused about this problem :( :( Thanks!
