Always Directed to PayPal Sandbox

hey guys ,

 

How come every time i click on the confirm order button in check out am directed to ----- To access the PayPal Sandbox, please log in to PayPal Developer Central(https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr) -----

instead of going straight to paypal website.????

you have to configure it in your admin panel in your paypal options, change it to live instead of sandbox

I too am always directed to sandbox upon checking out. I have checked in my Admin settings under Payment Modules and for PayPal there is not option to go "live".

 

I have enable PayPal module, email address, transaction currency, payment zone, set order status and sort order of display. Am I looking in the wrong place?

The "Test/Live" option exists for the Pay Pal IPN module, whcih is probably listed as "Credit/Debit Cards via Pay Pal".

 

If you are being sent to the Sandbox then you are looking at the settings for the Standard Pay Pal module and not at the settngs for the Pay Pal IPN module.

Thanks very much. I was in the right place but for some reason I didn't have that option. I just removed the PayPal module and reinstalled it and voila! It was there.
