I've been using the Paypal IPN module for a few years now with no problems.

When payment is sent correctly and the order completed, the admin reports the order as "Processing". Fine.

When payment is not completed (like people doing a "test order"), the admin lists it as "Preparing [Paypal IPN]". Fine.

But... this morning, I check for new orders and there are four new orders listed as "Pending". No payment has been received. I tried to order something myself, and at the end of the order process I clicked on "Continue". Instead of transferring me to Paypal as usual, it simply redirects me to my main shop page. I checked the admin and, sure enough, my new order is listed as "Pending".

Now, I haven't changed anything since yesterday (when I was receiving orders just fine). What's up? Thanks for your help and

Kind regards,

Magnoli

UPDATE:

I just received a completed order with payment... not sure how he did it, or what went wrong previously, but this may be a sign that it's working again.

I'd still be curious if anyone knows what went wrong with the other orders.

Thanks,

Magnoli

Mine is doing this right now.

Had it all working in the sandbox perfectly, IPN was sending me details of the transaction.

But today.....Final checks before I go live and first of all the sandbox site was showing as offline.

Then its back again but when I make a order it all goes through OK but the cart does not clear on return to the shop and I get NO IPN information or email about the order.

Anyone else having similar issues.

I am using PayPal_Shopping_Cart_IPN_v3.1.4

I have changed any files or anything.
