URL's optimized for SEO

I am setting up my osCommrece catalog as my main website. I am trying to optimize the url that is displayed for SEO. I noticed there are quite a few contributions that are available. Can anyone here recommend the one that really worked for them?

I like SEO URL's by Chemo. If you decide on it use a version by Chemo, Yesudo, or FWR. FWR also has an SEO URL validation contribution that should be installed also. If you check out my site I have it working there for the category and product pages.
