Hello,

I am new to OsCommerce and I would like to know if it is possible to create new customers and create new orders for offline processing such as taking orders via phone or email?

There is a contribution that lets you create orders etc in the Admin section, not sure about off line or not though

If you go to the Red tab at teh top of this page "Community" then "Contributions" you can search for a suitable add on for your needs

I've done that but I don't seem to be able to find that specific contribution. You wouldn't remember its name by any chance?

There are a couple in the contrib area - search for "Manual orders+, that brings up several

 

Here are a couple I'm looking at (haven't decided yet):

There are several more using that search criteria.

I did not think of searching for manual orders. I was searching for offline / create orders etc. LOL!!
