Need referrals to a company/person who can set up our shopping cart please

I know it's against forum rules to ask for actual bids to set up our OsCommerce cart but I emailed everyone in the US on the OsCommerce team (http://www.oscommerce.com/about/team) as per the rules and no one has replied to my email and some emails are no longer valid. That avenue appears to be a dead end. So without asking for actual bids I'd love suggestions on who I might contact to help us set up our shopping cart. Has anyone used a particular company or person and would gladly refer me to them? (I'm hoping it's okay to ask this question :) Thank you, Susan
